From design to installation and maintenance
Westerhof Machinefabriek produces special-purpose components, tools and complete machines, customized to your production process. An order often starts at our engineering department. Our engineers/project leaders are happy to help you with innovative solutions for your technical challenges, including optimization of your machines. By combining our design capacity with our operational disciplines, we can undertake a complete mechanization project up to and including installation and maintenance. We can also take care of the CE certification.

Surprisingly versatile
If you provide a drawing yourself, we will of course also be happy to manufacture, assemble and maintain the equipment for you. Whether it be mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic, thanks to the all-round qualifications of our mechanics, we are able to take care of various disciplines ourselves and provide you with an optimum result with a short turnaround time. We also offer our customers a wide range of support services. This may include cable work for the installations, writing programs for operating the machine and instructing operators on how to operate new or modified machines. Westerhof Machinefabriek delivers all its machines with clear instruction manuals.

Customers may also choose a service contract, which offers the reassurance of complete maintenance after delivery of the machine so that you will be assured of continuity in your production process. Our mechanics are involved in the projects from a very early stage, which offers great advantages during subsequent maintenance.

Project management
Westerhof Machinefabriek also works closely together with your specialist suppliers of, for example, hydraulics or electronics. As a partner, we ensure complete delivery and installation of your new machine. We will be glad to take the responsibility for the coordination, offering the advantage of one single contact point for the entire project.
